How long has Help At Home been in business? The agency was founded in 2001 by Terri Rabkin. We are fortunate that almost all of our growth has been a result of word-of-mouth referrals from our satisfied clients.

Q: Do you provide care outside of the home?

Help at Home can provide services in your home, in residential communities, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, and hospitals throughout Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, DC Metropolitan areas on a temporary or long-term basis.

Q: How do I arrange for service?

You can call our office at (301)896-0015. We are available to assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We conduct an in-depth interview to get to know you. Our goal is to become familiar with your lifestyle, medical conditions and the kind of assistance you need in order to determine the scope of care.

Q: What hours are available?

Our caregivers are available for as little as 4 hours per visit up to 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year. You can choose which days and hours you would like to receive services. If your care needs change, we will adjust the schedule to match your needs.
